Downriver Sonic Opening Soon in Southgate, Michigan

With the first West Michigan Sonic due later this year, a Southgate franchise hopes to bring joy to area residents by month’s end. Even better, contract terms require the proprietors to open multiple Michigan locations. 15 Sonic restaurants are planned for Wayne County; Canton is already in the works with Flat Rock, Taylor, Monroe and Livonia also proposed.

The News-Herald reports that the Cherry Limeade efforts will result in 2,000 new jobs. Applications for the first restaurant are available at TCF Bank in Southgate.
